No one has good things to say about Accurate Diagnostics and the assumption is they are operating a shady business with most of the "indian" doctors getting kickbacks.

Then there is talk of an acquisition by Lab Corp. And then the talk of the CEO Rupen. Unethical business practices.

Is there any legitimacy to the business and acquisition rumors?
