Give the list of companies a look and it's easy to see where JNJ's priority is: Biotech. There's almost no device companies and very little companies with a blended device/biotech market.

I wish Gorski would just admit JNJ doesn't care about the medical device business and sell it off because the future is obviously in biotech.
