ACell 2019 and beyond?

Hello, I am mulling over an offer to join the team. I have a friend who left ACell a couple years ago and had a lot of good and bad things to say. It seems from what he has heard from his colleagues that stayed on board that things have calmed down, and a lot of the prior turmoil is in the past. Can anyone currently on board let me know your personal thoughts about the prospects for 2019 and beyond? Is leadership in a position to pave the way for us in the field?

Well there’s a brand new sales management structure so I guess we need to see how it plays out. Only hoping it is better than what was previously in place.

Thank you for the substantive response. Can you share the general strategy of the new leadership? Any pivots? New sales direction? etc.?
