Good Company to work for? Good Territory?

I was approached about being the TM for San Antonio. Can someone shed any light on this territory for me please? Also, what's it like to work for Intersect (company culture, difficult to sell, how is commission earned,)?

I was told that 250k is at plan. Seems a bit high, but is this legit?

250 is only realistic if you get a good territory and your RM hooks you up with a low quota. Reps are still making good money but the good old days of top dollar are gone imo. Ask the recruiter what percent of reps hit their full year number last year and that will tell the story.

Laughable. Quotas are still based on favoritism. Don't fall for the lies.

Is your current job terrible? Intersect is a good company. The pay may not be what it was 3 years ago but who cares if it is more stable then what you are doing now. It is all about perspective with these jobs.

Is that the territory that would babysit Atkins and Sertich? Expansion territory or did the rep leave?
