Amazon Partners with Arcadia Group to Sell Home Health Products

According to an article from Christina Farr at CNBC, Amazon has teamed up with Arcadia Group to sell an exclusive new brand for Amazon called Choice. The initial focus will be consumer medical devices, including blood pressure cuffs and glucose monitors.
In an interview with CNBC, Arcadia CEO, Bob Guest, explained more about their strategy:
“I approached Amazon last year as they began to expand their health-care footprint,” Arcadia CEO Bob Guest said in a phone interview. “I felt that something that was missing from their offerings was products for people with diabetes and other chronic disease states.”
